Mossy Bank Park in Bath, NY is a low (~410 ft) village-park cliff launch, a small, steep slope with a ~50 ft cliff face that works on north wind. It's mainly a thermal site: lift triggers over the town of Bath and the highway/river, with flights to 7,000+ ft AGL reported on good cycles, but because the hill is low you have to connect with lift fast or set up to land. Any southerly component puts you in lee rotor. The launch is somewhat overgrown; it's an informal park site, so check current access before flying.
