"The G" is a west-facing site on the Wasatch front above Pleasant Grove, Utah (the "G" hillside; coords near the Y/G-mountain front). No club/USHPA guide with explicit numbers was found for this specific launch, so the wind window is INFERRED from the paraglidingEarth orientation hint (SW/W/NW octants) plus general Wasatch-front knowledge. Ideal is a westerly facing the slope (~240-300, centered W 270); marginal extends into SW/NW corners (~200-340). As a Wasatch mountain/thermal site it works best as a morning thermal/soaring window or smooth evening glass-off; mid-day can overdevelop and get gusty/strong, so a conservative max base ~15 mph with gust ceiling ~18 mph is suggested. Hazards typical of the Wasatch front: rotor and lee turbulence if wind backs to E/SE (canyon outflow), strong thermals and possible overdevelopment in summer afternoons, and high terrain/density-altitude effects. Treat as an intermediate (P3/H3-type) thermal site; verify access, rating, and current conditions with UHGPGA/local pilots before flying. Note: stated elevation field (19160 ft MSL) appears erroneous for this Utah location.
