A roughly 1,000 ft desert escarpment in SE Oregon near the Nevada border, about 45 mi east of Lakeview on Hwy 140. It soars on W-to-WNW wind (260-300), with a BLM-built cliff launch, a big open LZ, and top-landing possible. Midday can get strong and committing off the desert floor, so the classic window is the evening glass-off, when you can run miles of rim and climb well above launch until after sunset. Remote with spotty cell service — effectively an intermediate-or-better cliff-launch site.
