Heavy general-aviation and helicopter traffic with a 6000 ft ceiling near airways — fly airspace-aware. Long hike or keyholder drive-up, small Stanford Ave lot, 45-glider cap. P4 (or P3+extra) / H4 (or H3+extra) plus Wings of Rogallo + USHPA membership.
