South-facing bluff on the Wisconsin side of the Mississippi across from Red Wing, MN, with a grass launch big enough for a few gliders to lay out. Works as a ridge/thermal soaring site on south winds, roughly SE through SW. It's a private site, so get local permission first, and watch for lee-side rotor when the wind backs off and for limited river-valley landing options. Intermediate terrain.
