Atlantic beachfront condo-soaring site between Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton, where the line of oceanfront condo towers acts as the ridge. Works on a steady onshore easterly sea breeze, best around due east with NE through SE usable. Advanced, local-knowledge terrain: a narrow lift band, rotor in the gaps between and behind buildings, a fishing pier, power lines, and beachgoers below. Locals hand-tow when it's too light to soar the condos; no formal USHPA ratings posted.
