RMHPA club site facing SSW-W, favorable wind from about 220-280 deg, PG ideal ~8 mph (usable to ~17). Afternoon/evening thermal site with strong evening glass-offs that can be hard to get down from, so bring solid descent skills. Hazards: high-altitude launch (~8,800 ft, needs a high-altitude endorsement), a powerline ~700 yds south, and Eagle County Airport traffic nearby. Note: the site is currently CLOSED (no foot or road access) - check with RMHPA before planning.
