High-desert launch in the Yampa Valley near Hayden, west of Steamboat (~6,500 ft), with no published club numbers — the S/SW orientation is only a map marker. Likely a thermal/XC site with strong gusty midday cycles and overdevelopment, so morning and evening glass-off are safest. Steamboat-area sites are generally invite-only, so confirm access with the local club first.
