SDHGPA secondary site near the US-Mexico border (~1,450 ft). Best on the afternoon SW onshore sea breeze; mornings are often too light or wrong direction. Access is sensitive and controlled - open weekends but closed midweek at times due to road construction, so get a current in-person briefing from a local SDHGPA pilot and confirm rating/access before flying.
