NW-facing coastal soaring; NW flank catches lift when high pressure builds offshore. Soarable W to NNW at 5-15 mph (alpenglow guide). Dangerous rotors and 40mph highway traffic behind launch; no top-landing. P2/H2 + ridge-soaring endorsement to ridge-soar, P3/H3 to fly out on the cape. LZ=beach between launch and campground. State park day-use permit required.
