A Hang-2, paraglider-friendly launch near Red Oak in the Kiamichi Mountains, formerly a Buffalo Mountain Flyers site with a big clear LZ. The club now lists it as PERMANENTLY CLOSED and warns pilots who fly it risk arrest for trespassing — do not fly here without confirmed access. It faced the south quadrant; evening winds are known to build fast, sometimes near 30 mph by dark, and strong winds aloft off the Kiamichis can bring rotor and turbulence.
