W-facing meadow launch ~9200ft; works WNW-SSW (light W/WSW best). Severe rotor with N or S flow over ridges; can get blown back E to Morgan Valley. Thermic/turbulent midday. P3/H3 req, UHGPGA briefing. 9600ft ceiling. Road snowed in into June.
