Day Dreams is a paragliding-only ridgetop launch above Crystal Bay / Kings Beach, Lake Tahoe (7274 ft MSL), reached by a ~25-30 min hike (access road is locked/gated). Works in SW and W (octants per paraglidingEarth), giving an ideal wind-FROM arc of roughly 210-285 deg (SW through W); marginal shoulders extend to ~S (190) and ~WNW (300). Ideal wind 10-15 mph; treat ~15 mph as the practical max base because the small, rocky setup area plus punchy thermals rolling through launch make stronger/gustier conditions hazardous - be ready to be lifted and to reverse-launch.
